Beccari's Golden Delicious Apple Crisp

· 9 Beccari’s Golden Delicious Apples

· 1 tsp lemon juice

· 1 tsp lemon rind, grated

· 1/4 tsp salt

· 1/2 tsp cinnamon

· 1/2 Cup sugar

Topping:

· 1 Cup sugar

· 1 Cup flour

· 1 Cup butter

· 1 Cup chopped nuts

Peel and core apples. Slice into bowl. Add lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, cinnamon, and 1/2 Cup sugar. Blend until apples are well coated. Place mixture into a buttered 9 in. x 13 in. baking dish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pat on top of apples. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
