Beccari's Peach Cobbler

 

·         6 - 8 Ripe Beccari’s Peaches

·         1 tsp lemon juice

·         1/2 Cup sugar

·         1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

·         1 Cup sugar

·         1 Cup flour

·         3/4 Cup butter

Peel and cut peaches. Slice into bowl. Add lemon juice, cinnamon, and 1/2 Cup sugar.  Blend until peaches are well coated. Place mixture into a 9 in x 13 in baking dish. 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix topping ingredients in a separate bowl.  Pat on top of peaches. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until peach juice has solidified.  Serve warm.

P.S. This is wonderful over vanilla ice cream.
